Although both pizza and gelato have really been claimed as world-wide cuisine, with all the styles and variations out there it's time to get back to basics. We all know that Italians do it better!

Get your hands dirty in this delicious class; learn the secrets behind making real handmade Italian Gelato and traditional Neopolitan art of pizza making, all guided by our expert chef. 

Finally, the fun begins when you find out if you've got what it takes to be a pizzaiolo--savoring the fruits of your labor with a meal of pizza and gelato. 

Classes can be booked in the FlorenceForFun office. Spaces are limited and cannot be reserved by phone. Bookings are confirmed immediately, in person when payment is made. Classes can be paid with cash or credit card.
